In Stock
Colombo Cytofex Anti Bacterial Infection Treatment is effective against external bacterial infections such as skin ulcers, fin rot and hole disease. Colombo Cytotex is based on 100% natural raw materials with a proven antibacterial effect, like Tea Tree oil, extract of lceland moss and of the Pau d'Arco-tree.
Hole disease, skin ulcerations, mouthtrush and fin rot are caused by bacteria, primarily by Cytophaga columnaris (previously called Flexibacter). When the skin is damaged through chafing, fish lice or a disease such as white spot, it opens the way for bacterial infections. The infection generally spreads in a circle outward from the damaged skin area and round lesions or ulcers appear.
Dosage:
Colombo Cytofex has to be added on 3 consecutive days.
Day 1: 35ml per 1000 litres of pond water.
Day 2: 35ml per 1000 litres of pond water.
Day 3: 35ml per 1000 litres of pond water.
