The Gas canisters can be heavy to move around but the gas makes this type of grill very easy and quick to light, taking as little as 10 minutes to reach cooking temperature. A gas grill usually features dials which allow the griller to adjust gas flow and temperature control. Not to mention the lack of ash and coal makes it easier to clean.
Smoker: A smoker is the key piece of equipment used in all those classic American style meats. When smoking meat, there is a lot of preparation – and some food can take several hours to smoke. Whether it be beef briskets, pulled pork and sizzling ribs, this type of barbecue is perfect for all those budding pitmasters.
